When using the Samsung health app to track walking, running the app keeps pausing the exercise so I don't get to track a full run/walk. I've turned off auto pause but it still does it. Any idea's on how to resolve?

As you are using 5 pro, is your blood O2 sensor /measuring working?
I returned mine, as it was not working

But I don't want to carry the phone. I'll go to Samsung technical service to see if they have a solution. Thank you

Did you ever get an answer? I get the impression that Samsung doesn't really care. And, I empathize with you. I bought the LTE version so I didn't have to carry my bulky S23 Ultra when I run.
