Hi, I've signed up for a 0-5 kilometer run program available in Samsung Health.
I can start this program either in my Galaxy Watch 4 or in Samsung Health directly. However:
- if I start it in the Samsung Health directly, it doesn't sync with my watch and doesn't track my heart rate, so I have to start it in both devices which results in two trainings recorded, so I have to delete the one with no heart rate, and it still counts as a passed training in my program - although I don't know if Health believes it's the deleted one I recorded...
- if I start it in my watch, this training doesn't count in the program in Samsung Health (treated as a missed training), the training is not marked as completed.
ANy suggestions? My wife has a Watch 3 and this is working perfectly.
