Watch 4 - audio guide not working

I have a Watch 4 LTE 40 mm and eventhough it at my training sessions in Samsung Health have "audio guide" on - it does not give me any updates regarding my time while running, as I got on my Watch 3. It can only vibrate.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have sound on the watch and I have tried to reinstall the watch several times, it is fully updated and so forth...

Same problem here.  No audio guide while jogging.

For me it worked when I set default language on my phone to english. Stupid I know
