Galaxy Watch 7 - Samsung Health workouts - audio guide sound volume too low - why is this still not resolved?!

The audio guide volume is controlled together with general media volume and so it is not feasible to crank this up while listening to music. During guidance music pauses which is great but guide volume is fairly low and so it is hard for me to understand what is being said. 

This issue is not new and on my previous Watch 4 I eventually discovered the possibility to increase the audio guide volume by selecting Google as text-to-speech engine and checking a box for increased volume. 

Unfortunately on the Watch 7 this does not seem to have (enough of) an effect. Audio guide volume remains fairly low. It is for me quite difficult to understand what is being said even in fairly silent settings at fairly low levels of exercise (e.g. low effort runs). 

This renders the audio guide somewhat useless and I cannot understand how Samsung after so many years has still not managed to implement a separate audio control for this. This is more than disappointing! Is this supposed to be a pretty accessory or a proper tool also for sports?! 

My hearing may not be super great but I cannot imagine that I am the only one who is struggling with this and rubbing his eyes in disbelief... 

Should anyone know a solution, I'd be very thankful. I kind of regret upgrading from the Watch 4.

Hi I have not used audio guide since Covid, was used for running, but recall within the active run app, you need to scroll to the settings, I might be wrong as I recall turning it off.
