I have had my Samsung watch ultra for 15 days and it's connection was lost to my Samsung mobile S23U. The battery status is full on both the ring and ring docking station.
On my mobile in Bluetooth connections, the ring is listed but cannot connect.
I receive notifications to advise of this issue on my mobile.
The ring connection button was reselected on the dock with the ring present.
No resolve.
In the end I had to unpair the ring in Bluetooth settings on my mobile and re- adding it.
The issue was resolved however, I don't know what caused the issue in the first place.
My ring, watch and ring dock are not apart for more that 8 hours under my home broadband wifi. (1Gb).
I have not used my watch or ring abroad yet or on a trip out.
Currently have an ee esim at £7.50/m for unlimited data on the watch.
Interesting point, should you be thinking of purchasing a Samsung tablet.
You can install the wareables app however, you cannot link your watch or ring to it.
You can only link via your mobile.
