I am in dispute with samsung atm. My watch screen went black and i couldnt do anything with it. It was still vibrating for notifications etc but i couldnt see anything. Upon sending it to samsung to be fixed they are now saying they wont repair it for free as they say its had a third party repair. This watch was bought new and hasnt hardly left my wrist since i bought it. Theres no scratches etc on it as ive looked after it due to it being a birthday present. Samsung want £90 to fit a new screen but im unwilling to pay as i have never had it repaired or taken apart like they say it has been. Has anyone else had this problem?
