Volume keeps turning down to 0

I cant listen to music my values keeps slowly turning down tell it is off i dont have it at max ill have it at 30% and sloly over 5 min it will turn down tell it is off

Some headphones and earphones such as Buds 3 and 3 Pro have controls on them.

Are you by any chance accidentally changing volume using the headsets? I know I do lol 😂
