Voice Focus for Galaxy Buds

Dear Samsung Team,

I have been a loyal Samsung user for over 10 years and have always appreciated the innovative features and quality your devices offer. However, one key feature recently led me to switch to Apple: the compatibility of their Voice Isolation feature with AirPods.

Apple’s Voice Isolation works seamlessly with their earbuds, significantly improving call clarity by minimizing background noise. Unfortunately, Samsung’s Voice Focus, while a great feature, does not currently support Galaxy Buds or other earphones. This limitation reduces the feature’s utility for users like me, who often rely on earbuds for calls.

As someone who has enjoyed the Samsung ecosystem for years, I truly believe enabling Voice Focus for Galaxy Buds would greatly enhance the overall user experience and encourage users to stay within the Samsung ecosystem.

I hope you consider updating this functionality in future software or hardware releases. Thank you for continuously innovating and listening to your customers.

Not entirely true, both the Buds2 pro and 3 pro definitely use sound focussing algorithms to block out background noise during calls - the 3 pros are AMAZING at this.

I'm sure other Galaxy buds also do this - which ones do you have?

Absolutely true I've been using voice isolation in apple airpods in iphone that works amazing but unfortunately samsung is not adding it to earphones that is frustrating. It's necessity not an extra feature.

Does your 3 pro voice focus work well under noisy background on app call? eg. Teams call/whatsapp call/etc.

Yes, I've been in some noisy city environments and the person on the line can't hear anything

Normal call app, WA and I'm sure Teams at some pointoint (but not necessarily in a loud environment)

Do you say Voice focus feature works on Buds3 pro. 

Currently I use buds fe, I am not able to use voice focus feature with them during calls. If i remove buds fe  I am able use voice focus on phone speaker. 

Voice focus works really good on phone speaker

I totally agree with him, if you are lucky enough, you may get Galaxy Buds 3 pro that blocks noise during phone call, mine it doesn't which is sad 😞 , I'm thinking about the new Huawei Freebuds 4 pro, I'm sure they won't let me down.

I have buds 2 pro but voice focus doesn't work for Whatsapp call. Normal calls work
