I'm really getting frustrated with my phone. I have had the s24 ultra for a year now and everything was great until a week ago. I installed an update and after I tried to use my buds. They still connect through Bluetooth but the wearable app had somehow been uninstalled. When I redownload it and tried to reconnect my buds I just keep getting the same messages of "unable to install unexpected error" with the option to close app or contact Samsung. I've reported it but have yet to have a reply. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Due to an update issue-
Turn off your phone Take care that the USB connector is used, for example by connecting it to a PC Hold the Power and Volume up button When Samsung appears, release only the Power button When the blue screen appears, also release the Volume Up button On the following screen there will be many items: moved with the volume key up or down to select "wipe cache partition" Confirm this choice with the Power button Move to "Yes" and confirm again Finally place on

Forget the buds in Bluetooth and re-pair

@CattyK8  Others ideas would be:

Resetting the Nertwork Connections, go to General Management-Reset.  can Reset all settungs or Wifi and Bluetooth.

Reinstalling the Wearable App.

Toggling Flight Mode On and off, go to Connections, More Connections Settings and ensure Nearby Device Scanning is toggled on.

An idea also to go to  Settings - Apps - Tap the 3 lines to the right of "Your Apps" - Show System Apps -   Bluetooth -Storage -Clear Cache and Data.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
