Unpacked my first ever piece of wearable tech about 2.5h ago... and that's where the excitement ended.
I'm still trying to connect it to my A6.
The watch is saying "Check your phone to complete setup " and the phone has been stuck on "loading " ,forever.
I have restarted both devices. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app.
I don't know what to do next..?
I'm new to this, so I'd appreciate any help from you guys!

Hey @Aggie83! Firstly, make sure that the Samsung Gear App, the Watch and the Samsung A6's software are all up to date. Also, check that the Bluetooth is turned on for both the phone and the Gear. Then on your phone, go to: Settings > Apps > Bluetooth Share > Storage > Clear Data. Do this for Samsung Gear Manager app as well, and restart the phone.
