Is the temperature sensor active in the uk for cycle tracking? I cannot see an option to activate it in the app like it states when I search on Google. Any help appreciated.

I got a reply from natural cycles

You might have read about a different type of partnership between Samsung and Natural Cycles – Natural Cycles’ fertility technology is now powering Samsung's Cycle Tracking feature. This means that Galaxy Watch 5 users will receive advanced cycle insights using their temperature data, but it is very different from the NC° app in that it does not deliver a daily fertility status and therefore cannot be used to prevent pregnancy.

I emailed back to say that. And that the app doesn't have the settings in their guide. And, that the app does have a daily fertility status.

Not sure if you worked this out but for me, I just had to activate cycle tracking in the health app and then under the settings in cycle tracking there's the option, 'Predict period with skin temp'.....

I already had cycle tracking active. I finally had an update for my watch last night and its now working.

I have been having this same issue. I'm in canada and I heard other people have the temperature option for tracking fertility in canada on there watch 5 , but I CANNOT  get mine to work! Very frustrating.  I've done all the updates and checked the app settings and the option is not there .  My watch uses skin temperature for sleep but I can't use it for fertility tracking which is what I would want to use it for

I have the same issue. I have a Samsung S23 and I just got the galaxy watch 6 and my health app doesn't have the option... I contacted Samsung Support on chat and they tried to help but without success. It's so frustrating!
