Is the temperature sensor active in the uk for cycle tracking? I cannot see an option to activate it in the app like it states when I search on Google. Any help appreciated.

@nikkicoulson: Please can you confirm the model number of the Galaxy Watch you're using, so I can look into this further for you? Furthermore, are you using the Samsung Health app on the Watch to track your cycling workout routine?

It's not for the workouts, it's the cycle tracking that the temperature sensor is meant to be used for. I have a watch 5.

@nikkicoulson: Apologies for the confusion. I wasn't able to find any information relating to the temperature sensor and Cycle tracking on the Galaxy Watch5. If you open Samsung Health and head to Cycle tracking > Enter period > Set your period start date > Save, then you can swipe upwards or downwards on the screen to view all information related to your cycle tracking. If body temperature is tracked, then the sensor won't need to be activated, as this will be done automatically as part of the feature.

I hade wondered this too as the option to turn the temperature track isn't in the settings list, as described in the guide. How do I know its tracking it?

Natural cycles is advertised at the bottom of the cycle tracking page but no connection. The cycle tracking app doesn't look like its capturing temperatures from the watch through the phone either.

I know, all the guides say you have to give permission for it but that option isn't on my app.

I dug around and find that too but it doesn't answer out issue haha. The setting option just isn't there, there's no update and I definitely have the right devices etc
