HELP... one UI 8 firmware broke my GW Ultra

Please help....
Since upgrading to One UI 8 eu stable version on my GW Ultra. I can no longer measure blood oxygen (manually or during sleep) and the Antioxidant measurement worked only once and never again after that....
When i measure the blood oxygen manually the watch display a blue and red bubble animation... goes up to 99% and then get stuck (never complete to 100%
Ar night the red LED are on but no blood ox reported in the sleep data nor the blood oxygen data.

Antioxidant measurement stay on the gray ' measuring' circle (the watch sensor LED are on) the circle never progress (stay gray) and then time out.

I have chated with Samsung and tried:
- clear cache phone wearable app, cleared storage....
- reinstalled phone wearable app
- clear the watch cache
- reset the watch to factory (about 10 times) and re set the watch.
- send the watch for repair to Samsung (came back today with no fault found... all hardware test passed)

What can I do next ??? 
PLEASE HELP...

Hi, I will try and find a solution for you; thank you for posting all the steps you have taken down below. 

Navigate to the wearables app, then Watch settings > health > sleep, and confirm that all toggles are enabled; if they are, disable and re-enable them to check if that resolves the sleep problem.

Let me know, if this fixes your issue with tracking your Co2 levels during sleep.

Yes they are on this is the first thing in checked when I noticed i no longer had the pulse ox during sleep. Thanks anyway.

Ah I see, this is strange then I have the OneUI 8 update and mine tracks fine, I will check and see if I can find anything else online and see how they fixed the issue.

Good afternoon,

I have the same issue than Happytoon. I did everything he did and it still does not work, did you find any solution to this problem? I found many other people with the same issue online, this should be elevated to a higher level as normal fixes don´t help.

I am battling this with support for a month now. Yesterday we apparently escalated the issue with higher support at Samsung. I am waiting to hear from them next week.
