Hi, I will try and find a solution for you; thank you for posting all the steps you have taken down below.
Navigate to the wearables app, then Watch settings > health > sleep, and confirm that all toggles are enabled; if they are, disable and re-enable them to check if that resolves the sleep problem.
Let me know, if this fixes your issue with tracking your Co2 levels during sleep.

Ah I see, this is strange then I have the OneUI 8 update and mine tracks fine, I will check and see if I can find anything else online and see how they fixed the issue.

I have the same issue than Happytoon. I did everything he did and it still does not work, did you find any solution to this problem? I found many other people with the same issue online, this should be elevated to a higher level as normal fixes don´t help.
