Still haven't gotten my Galaxy Watch Active.

On the 11th of october my participation in the Galaxy Watch Active promotion got approved, (When you bought an S10+ you'd get an free Active)

It has now been 6 weeks after it got approved, and i still haven't gotten an email saying they sent it, they said i would get it within 6 weeks but they haven't even sent it yet, or they just didn't send a mail.

There is quite a number of people myself included, that are in the same boat, theres a topic open in the forums somewhere with 10 pages full of people still waiting. Samsung are not replying to anyone properly, apart from generic messages which apologise for the delay and say they will dispatch as soon as possible  😕
