My brand new Galaxy Buds2 Pro is not connecting to Samsung Wearable app with either my Samsung S22 Ultra or Samsung Tab S8 Ultra but connects fine through the Bluetooth. I haven't gotten any help from Samsung customer support. Any recommendations?

Same issue, I registered them and the serial number is real, but from a different country. They work fine paired with my pc or phone. The wearables app shows the buds in my 'paired devices' category but says it can't connect. I've tried unpairing and repairing, powering both phone and earbuds off and on etc.
