Hi,
I placed an order for the galaxy watch on 07/12/2020 and till the end of the day, the order tracking was visible. But the next day onwards my orders page is inaccessible and does not show me any updates on the shipment. I have only the receipt of the order that I received by email, but no other way to find out.
I wanted to inquiry how I can fix this or get any info on the order tracking

did you place your order on the Italian Samsung Shop?
If yes, please contact 800 025 520 by phone if you are in Italy now with an Italian SIM card or via email / live chat following this link https://www.samsung.com/it/support/contact/ and looking at the Shop&Promo section (starting tomorrow, as today the service is unavailable).
