Currently at day 33 and no sign of any Google play credit!

Have you checked through Samsung Wallet? Promotions are usually in there.

Did you get sent an approval email? I assume it hasn't been blocked by spam filters ?

Have you checked the samsung wallet just in case the voucher code has been added there ? It seems that promotions and vouchers are often sent this way nowadays.

If not then I hope you get the voucher code soon.

Processes change and when I bought the S24 Ultra the £30 code was in Samsung Wallet under Promotions......

(may also be under vouchers)

Yes, as well as the claim site which says 'processing' and doesn't say 'processed and paid'!
