Hi just got this gorgeous watch but I could see it on my watchmaker to use my watch skins. Samsung Watch 4 is not on the selections. It is under the wear os? Cheers

I don't know if you figured this out, but you have to go to the Play Store on your watch and it will allow you to bring up the apps currently installed on your phone that are WearOS  compatible and allow you to install them on your watch. One of those apps is Watchmaker. Also, in the Watchmaker app, I just selected "WearOS watch" near the bottom of the list.

I've done all that but o matter how I try to select a Watch face it won't "take" on the Watch 4.

Works fine on my GW4 Classic. First install the watchmaker plugin on your GW4, the above instructions work fine. Then on your phone go into watchmaker / settings  and ensure that you have Wear OS selected .. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select the generic one. There is no specific GW4 entry yet, the generic one works fine.

Same procedure applies to Facer watchfaces and plug-in, with the exception that Facer already has the GW4 listed in the phone app.

Note: Of course you have to activate the plugin first. SO on your watch, longpress the current watchface and selevct either the Watchmaker or Facer plugin. Once that is active, sending a watchface across works exactly as on the GW3 and older models.

I'm finding that MANY of the watchmaker faces don't work on the GW4 - you get a photo/image icon instead of the actual face.  Some faces work fine, but many don't, almost like a certain type of image file used in making the face is not supported on the GW4 so you just see the generic image icon instead.
