I just got the new Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic. I have had it a little over a week now. My issue is it is putting a burn mark on my wrist where the sensor touches. I have my watch monitor all day to monitor my activity, heart rate, stress etc...
After a few days, my wrist started burning. (Please see the attached photos) I took the watch off for a few days and put on some coconut oil, and Epsom salt and it started to heal. What's left is a perfect circle that matches the very inner circle of the sensor.
This is very concerning to me as I wear normal watches every day and this does not happen. This seems like a laser issue with monitoring.
After two days of not wearing the watch and putting on treatment

That's not burning. It also doesn't sound like an allergic reaction to the band. Are you used to wearing watches? Are you simply wearing it too tight?
What we're discussing here is a literal burn based from the LED.

I have same problem. And it's not the problem with the band, the mark is directly under the watch sensor in the middle. I'm cleaning my watch every day, to avoid skin irritations and still getting the problem. Once I had even a burning sensation and had to remove the watch from my wrist quickly. I had dark red spot on my arm which remained for one whole week. I had older Galaxy Watch and Apple Watch before and never experienced such burning.

Sorry to hear about this issue with your watch, @DarthIwan . If you're based in the UK or Ireland, then please send a PM to @Sam_UK and one of the mods will be able to get this escalated for you.

I'm from Germany, any other person I should contact in that case?

I'm not having this issue as well. I've had it a couple weeks now and I woke up with a red burn like area on my wrist, right where my watch sits. It's Definitely not the band as others have suggested. Watch never feels hot. I'm assuming it's the technology being used for measuring your stats.

I am having similar issue. It started with the Active 2 I bought in February, then I upgraded to the new classic and it got so much worse. I stopped wearing for 3 months to heal my wrist. I put it back on yesterday and already have to stop wearing again as my wrist is red and itchy. I have a fabric velcro strap on it and it's only agitated at the area the watch head is. The battery drained pretty quickly too for not being used much and not on always on display, so I wonder if there's an overheating issue in the battery.
