Samsung S6 Heart monitor

I bought a Samsung S6 for my wife with her heart issues, but tied it to my more modern Samsung S24.

She has been successfully using the S6 ECG monitor since April 2024, recently however the ECG on the S6 has not responded to touch. All updates done, phone and watch re booted still no response.

New update on phone completed, turned phone off still no response.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the Samsung S6 phone from circa 2015 ?

Or an S6 tablet from 2019 ?

Or maybe you mean the Galaxy watch 6 .

Perhaps you can clarify in what phone model, watch model, are being used ?

Most samsung devices until recently offer software support for 3 or 4 years... most recently increased to 7 in the latest phones.

I guess if the phone is old that is being used to pair to the watch then this might be the issue.

Sorry, brain gone. It's an S 6 watch. After trying everything, I spoke to O2, who thinks it's a fault with the watch, not a software issue. Hopefully, it's under warranty. I will update
