Samsung Ring battery life less than 1 day

Hi all,
For the past 3 to 4 weeks, the battery life of my Samsung Ring has gone down drastically. Doesn't even last for a whole day. 
Is anyone else facing the same problem. 
Any solutions? 
Tried resetting it. No improvements.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within. 

If this continues then the ring is covered by the manufacturer warranty for twelve months.

Thank you. Tried that. Was unable to get through. Have been able to book a pickup for repair though.

Hi, tried searching for this issue before posting & then once again now, no luck. Tried contacting their live chat, but couldn't get through. Have booked a pickup for repair. Let's see if they are able to resolve the issue. Thank you so much for your response.

I'm having this issue. Did online chat and they weren't helpful at all. Told me to turn on data saver on the ring!! 😒 Taking it to KX tomorrow as it's not a year old.
Only thing I wondered that could affect performance was the find your ring function. But I can't seem to disable it to see of it would make it better

The live chat function didn't work at all for me.
I raised a request through the Samsung Members app & sent the ring for repairs. I was sent out a new ring, but on the repair form, they said that they had replaced the damaged internal component/accessory.
Also note that you need to send the charger case along with the ring, or they say that the ring is out of warranty (inspite of it being bought less than a year back) & they charge you to even inspect it, let alone repair it.
The whole process is quite fast though. The time taken since raising the request online to receiving my new ring took less than a week.

Went to the KX shop. They did a reset. I'm still dubious. But currently it's reading high battery since I picked it up.... so perhaps they fixed it, but they don't know what they did. Loool. So I'll be keeping an eye on it before the warranty runs out I guess🤷🏾‍♀️ 😂😂
