My left ear bud of my galaxy buds live had a terrible problem with losing sound consistantly so it was collected on saturday by dpd for repair and was told it would take a minimum of 10 days to repair and they only received the buds at the service centre on tuesday so i was expecting to wait until next week for the return but this morning i've had an email saying it has been fixed and will be returned tomorrow. I am very happy with how quick they have fixed it and are returning it even during covid restrictions. Unbelievable service from Samsung repairs
