Samsung gear s3 frontier Vo2 max bot working

I have Samsung gear s3 fronteier and its connected to iphone. In my apple health i am jot able to connect and load data from watch.

I can not measure VO2. max from the watch as well

Does it also show Vo2 max then? Factory reset in samsung watch app?
