I have new Samsung Gear Fit2 and Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. I have downloaded Gear Manager but when I open Gear manager on mobile it says no available devices. I have tried several times via wifi and blue tooth. The mobile just says scanning and then Use the Gear Manager App to connect to your Gear Fit2.

I can see this support page but am not sure its going to bring anything new to your current understanding
Maybe deleting the app both from your phone and from your My apps in your play tore and if relevant delete any connection history from the fit and then start all over again.
A Samsung service location or Samsung Experience Store might be able to help and guide you too.
