Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic GPS Fix

Hi, 

Wondering why I can't get a GPS fix on samsung health and strava, however my weather, compass, and Google fit can use location and get a GPS fix? Anyone else know of this issue? I can also locate my watch when it's left elsewhere?

Hi, Does your watch connect to GPS when it is connected to your phone and location is turned on your phone?

Try the steps mentioned in the screenshot below and check if using the GNSS app on your watch makes any difference.

Hey Neo001, yeah both connected and not connected to my phone samsung health and Strava won't fix, yet Google Fit fixes straight away. This is all after sending my watch away and it getting a clean bill of health. GNSS comes up with no results however? All very weird

Assuming that you tried GNSS out in the open, and not finding any satellites, is indeed odd. As Goot Fit connects to GPS, it is safe to rule out hardware issue.
