Samsung Galaxy watch blijft rebooten

Mijn Samsung Galaxy Watch blijft maar rebooten. Hoe stop ik dit, zodat ik het horloge kan resetten. Gister had ik hier ook last van.

Wat is hier aan vooraf gegaan? 
Laat het toestel even leeglopen, laad hem opnieuw op en probeer het nog eens.

Gisteravond aan de oplader. Midden in de nacht van de oplader af. Vanochtend zag ik rebooting staan. Ik dacht dat is zo afgelopen. Maar nee dus. Horloge was op een gegeven moment leeg, weer aan de oplader en nu weer rebooting. Ik kan het horloge ook niet uitzetten. Kan ik niet met een pinnetje resetten?

You want to reset your watch.In that case, you can perform a hard reset to restore your watch to factory settings.

First, turn off your watch. Press and hold the Home key until rebooting displays at the bottom of the Watch face.

Quickly, keep pressing the Home key multiple times until Recovery is selected, and then press and hold the Home key.

Keep holding the Home key until rebooting displays at the bottom of the Watch face.

If you idle at the reboot menu, the watch will start up normally.

Hi Bruce, i have done a "restore". And i have done a "factory reset". But i can't turn on the watch anymore. Three months ago i have bought the watch. I have contacted Samsung Service Center. I did nothing unusual with the phone. On other English forums, the are similiar problems.
