Samsung galaxy watch 5 pro

I was just wondering if any one else is having problems with the alarm app on the galaxy watch 5 pro? Everytime I open it it instantly closes. I have sent a report I just wanted to know if any one has had the same and if they have managed to solve it

I'm using watch 5 and haven't had this problem. You could try rebooting the watch. Hold both buttons in until the watch turns off its self. You could also reboot the phone.
You can also try wiping the watches cache partition.

Occasionally it had happened to BP monitoring (turning itself off), otherwise no such experience with 5 pro Lte

Thank you for your response. Although,I have tried these but still no luck. But I do appreciate your help

I think I'm going to have to reset the watch although I really don't want to have to mess around installing apps ect again

I know it's a pain, but I think maybe a reset is the fix. Just make sure to back up your data before you reset.

I bit the bullet and reset the watch and now it works .......but it still was a pain setting it back up. Thank you for your help
