I have a Fit 3 band that is constantly disconnecting itself from the phone and I have to go and reconnect it via the wearable app, this happens very frequently throughout the day. I miss a lot of calls because of this issue, and it isn't very pleasant, please let me know if you find any fixes for it.
Any tips for solving this issue?

I would think the first step would be to unpair the connection ,and reset things back up.

I had the same issue until I upgraded my phone. There were 3 things different: 1) upgraded from Android 10 to 14, 2) old phone had both FitBit app AND Wear, 3) old phone had paired with Fitbit then with Wear, new phone I paired directly with Wear and it has never disconnected since (2 weeks or so now)

I have the same issue. Fit3 disconnects and fails to reconnect. I have s20, and this is very disappointing. I never had issues with gaming watches.
