Fit 3 disconnects and cant reconnect unless turn off the band

Hi

I am experiencing some disconnect issues with fit 3 and samsung a02s... it keeps disconnecting randomly and if i try to reconnect it via wearable app it says unable to connect and offers me try again but no hope to do it unless i turn off the band and turn on again but in that case i lose all my activity results and have to start again.... anyone had/have similar issues or fix for this ?

Try this on your phone first @sismis1337 

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

You can ask a question via your Samsung Members App too.

yeah i try clearing cache partition even hard reset and reinstall the apps but still same result random disconnecting and unable to reconnect via app unless turn off and turn on the band.
