Samsung buds2 pro

I have a set of samsung buds2 pro and the charging case randomly stopped charging.

There are no lights at all on the outside or the inside and the light won't light up when trying to charge them.

I have seen that resetting them on the wearable app can work but I don't have enough charge in them as they're completely dead.

@bunbun81819: If the red light doesn't come on when your Buds are in the charging case, and connected to your charger, this suggests that your case has a flat battery. With the Galaxy Buds still in the case, charge the case using the charging cable, and leave the case and Galaxy Buds to charge for 10 minutes to see if this helps. 

If not, to find out if the issue is with the case and Galaxy Buds, or the cable that charges the case, place your Galaxy Buds in their case and try another cable to charge the case. If the issue persists, and if you have access to a mobile phone with Wireless Powershare, or a wireless charger, please try this to see if you notice an improvement. Hi i have tried all of the above all day and nothing will work and none of the lights are lighting up

Find someone if u can with the same case to kick start them & maybe try their lead on yours.

I put the buds into my other pair of buds case and they started charging in the case so it is definitely a case problem
