I am not able to get audio from left earpiece from my laptop win11(24H2). Audio only comes from right earpiece. But audio controls such as volume up/down, ambient mode, normal mode, noise cancellation works from left and right earpiece. I installed Galaxy Buds app from Microsoft store and it shows no issues (shows battery charge levels for both earpieces and case). I am attaching screenshot from windows11 bluetooth settings to show. There is "R" written which I think denotes right channel. Strange issues because this does not happen when I connect with S24 and iPhone. This issue only happen with my laptop which is brand new. I tried reinstalling bluetooth drivers and re-pairing but does not help. I am attaching screenshots, It only shows "R" when both left and right earpieces are in my ear. I need solution from Samsung rightaway. I hope Samsung floks can replicate the issue.

After doing some research, I reset the buds from the Galaxy App from S24. I turned Gaming mode on and after I repaired to Laptop and It worked. Now audio is coming out from both earpieces. Hope it will work for everyone.

Wow, will try this when I get chance but has driven me nuts with Windows 11 and only mono out or input.

Only question is what happens when you pair with the S24 and Win 11 laptop ?

Thanks for the tip - I reset the buds many times before I got it to work. I have a feeling it's 24H2 the culprit. I upgraded 2 days ago and this issue occurred. On 23H2, it was connected happily switching between Samsung devices (GB3, s23 and Tab S7+). Now I have to connect manually, restart laptop, etc.
