RIght earbud of galaxy buds not working

Suddenly, my left earbud will not connect to my phone (S10). In the wearable app, the right one will connect while there is a red "!" by the left bud. This bud will also not emit any sound. When charging in my case, the case will only show its red LED when the left bud is in it (despite having it on charge for 24 hours).

 

I have tried every single piece of troubleshooting advice including:

  • Restarting my phone
  • Resetting the buds, clearing data and cache from the app, reinstalling the app
  • Chaning bluetooth settings
  • Cleaning and wiping the case as well as both earbuds
  • Holdng down on the buds for 10 seconds (the left bud does not make any noise)
  • Charging for hours with both the case and ear buds on charge
  • Updating both my phone, the wearable app and the buds (buds cannot be updated with only one bud connecting but as seen below, this update began with having the most recent update)

when you said you holding down the buds, was in in the case.

I had the red warning notice few times before,
I left buds in the case and open and closed it about 10 times and it worked.

My buds started off with the right bud not connecting but since trying all the "fixes" posted and on You Tube I've found that the problem alternates between both buds when I pair the buds to the phone again. I've also tried using my sons case with my buds and vice versa to see if the case or charging is at fault and there's no difference. For a spilt second when I connect I can see that both connect and they're both fully charged but then one will disappear from the app every time so obviously the buds are in working order but they can't seem to connect to each other. It makes my blood boil to think that this is a major fault with an expensive item that Samsung should be working on at full steam. Instead we all get the rather lazy copy and paste "open the app and reset the buds", well they surely must know that if both buds aren't connected you can't update the software or reset them! Come on Samsung you're not some dodgy back street fly boys selling knock offs you're name is legend, do something to help out at the very least admit there's a problem and give users a discount on a new pair.

Hi. No they're still faulty. Really is ridiculous that this should happen and you can't reset the buds. These are expensive items Samsung..... its not good enough!
