The so called return policy is a joke not only do they not refund any discount from a "trade in" but they also deduct a minimum of 20% off your refund,which means the price you originally splashed out is reduced considerably.

Even although the above is in the t&c.s I still think that the so called refund policy sucks.

It should be covered by the "distance selling or cooling off period.

So watch out folks the so called return policy in my opinion is a rip off

But not according to Samsungs policy, the product has not even had the seal broken.
Even when you purchased it and you try and cancel it after it's been dispatched,they tell you "oh just return it" but forget to tell you "as you know after reading the t&c's you will be dectucted 20%"
They didn't tell me that

If you weren't told it won't hold up, threaten legal action via a template letter very easy to find online and has worked well for me on a number of occasions.

I'm not going to bother going down that route even although I could. They have just lost a long standing customer who will now sell all his samsung products and buy others from Amazon. Take heed guys,never trust companies that "hide" behind t&c's

No need to sell the products in my opinion just dont buy more and move on over time mate, the ***** drops out of Samsung and android in general youre gonna lose a lot of money.

I was with Apple for years and Apple absolutely annihilates Samsung for customer care and service but i got bored and love my S24 ultra.

You are lucky, Very will not refund you anything if you activate anything electronic such as a phone, smartwatch etc. The minute you set it up then you can not return for a refund which is stupid because how do you know if you don't like the product.

Love mines to and my watch 4,5,6,and 7 but their customer service sucks big time
