I've been through the same gauntlet over the past few days. I've been tossed around from Product Support to Sales to Replacement Parts and back again. I finally had one person go the extra mile and escalated the query; he was told that the replacement cradle is not available, and I would need to purchase a new Ring to get one.
Which is incredible to me to hear. I cannot believe this is the answer, and I'm hoping you got a better resolution than I did.
