Podcast app for Galaxy watches

Hi

Grateful if anyone can suggest how I can listen to podcasts on my Watch Active 2 independently of my s21 - I'm a keen runner and love listening to pods but just can't see how it's possible to download and listen on the go - something that was such a joy on my old Apple Watch.

There is Das Podcast and Poddy in the galaxy store. I have found them a bit unreliable
