i ordered a galaxy watch, but is has been several days since the order, and it still hasn't showed in my order box. but i have been sent a confirmation. bit worried as it is a lot of money.
Order won't show up if you weren't signed into your account during order process. It is annoying that you're not prompted to do so during the order process. You can still track your order - https://www.samsung.com/uk/web/search-orders/ - but you will need your order number, email address and postcode. I'm still trying to figure out a way to add current to my account.
