OneUI 5 Watch Sleep Mode - clock shows as 12 hour with no AM/PM indicator

The Sleep Mode clock shows as 12 hour with no AM/PM indicator. Any way to change it to 24 hour?

' a while now and Samsung have still not fixed the bugs. Have also noticed a bug when I put my watch in sleep mode. When I turn it off, on quite a few occasions the watch leads me to believe it has turned off when in actuality it has not. How do I get in contact with a Samsung moderator as getting fed up with them not addressing the bugs?

As well as that, I find it sometimes doesn't go into sleep mode the first time.

Same issue here, GW5 showing 12 hour time without AM/PM indication. Almost had a heart attack at 12:35 pm, thinking I was late for work...

Only the usual 'we have reported it to the developers'.

They have still not fixed this issue after the latest update, sometimes have to try 3 or 4 times to get my watch into sleep mode
