One ear bud stopped working

Hi,  so my right ear bud of my galaxy buds+ suddenly went quiet and now stopped all together. 

It has charge and no obvious signs of blockages. 

I believe in still within warranty but any help would be great.

If your still within warranty you would need to call samsung

I'm having the same problem. I thought that the issue was with my right ear

Haha me two, then I made the mistake of going full volume and then putting the left in
