Not receiving whatsapp or Youtube notifications since update

I installed the update for my Galaxy Watch 4 this morning. Now I don't get notifications for Whatsapp or Youtube on the watch, only on my phone! I've restarted both my phone and watch twice, and repeatedly checked Notifications. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I've been having this issue too. They appear when I move the bezzle but not as a proper notification

Uninstalled Whatsapp from watch, so it's now reverted back to just getting message notifications which I can still reply to.  Also getting youtube notifications. Not a satisfactory solution to the problem by any means, but I can live with it.
