does Samsung deliberately never give customers a straightforward answer to our questions. The suggestions they always give are always nothing to do with what your asking. This is so annoying especially when you can never fix what you want. Its as if we are all stupid. And I still cant fix my problem after trying out many suggestions which should be do easy.
