My New Active2 has stopped working

Hi

I bought the new Galaxy Active 2 watch about three weeks ago. It has been working really well but suddenly no longer turns on. The watch was fully charged and the screen seems to be wokring as, when I reboot it, it will initially turn on with the reboot message but then switch itself off again straight away. I have tried restarting and rebooting while on the Charger but still won't work. Anyone encounter this issue?

Hi @Brianmc1

Are you using the official Samsung charging dock and USB cable to charge your smartwatch? Put the smartwatch on charge for 15 minutes. If you haven't used it in a week, put it on charge for at least 30 minutes. Does this help?
