My Galaxy Fit e has worked perfectly for months. I forgot to take it off when swimming yesterday. I have rinsed it and dried it as per the instructions in the manual. Now it charges fully but slower than usual it also loses charge quicker than before. Screen stays black unless despite being tapped unless connected to charger. Only connects to phone when plugged in to charger. A few seconds after being removed from charger it disconnects from phone.
I have carried out a factory reset, restated, cleared the app cache for Samsung Wearable, Fit Plug in and Samsung health.
Any suggestions about how to get it back into action.
