Watch being very slow

My galaxy watch 4 classic is being so slow on the most simple of task like the heart rate menu when I scroll it's very laggy anyone have a solution?

Have you rebooted the watch? I will say a reboot occasionally can help with these issues. Just like a reboot on phones.
