Left galaxy bud+ not working

My left galaxyplus earbud spontaneously stopped working. When I put it in the case, the light turns red and stays red indicating it is charging, but my phone can't connect to it and the touch pad isn't working so it is still dead. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there 👋 and welcome you could try following:
1. Place BOTH the earbuds in the open case (youll see a constant red light on the case since the working earbud is in along with it) 2. Remove the working earbud out of the case leaving the disconnected earbud inside (the red light should stay constant with only the disconnected earbud in the case now) 3. Turn off Bluetooth 4. Leave it alone with the case open for an hour 5. After an hour passes check the earbuds it should have some charge in it now and should connect 6. If there's an update then UPDATE

That's odd - the same happened with my right one this week. Phone doesn't recognise its there - only the case & left one... I put it down to it being the most used (I'm only allowed to use one at work, so normally choose right) Gutted, as the ones that have gone wrong 'fit' my ears better than the ones I've swapped to. I guess they've had nearly 5 years of use & I should expect it 😕

Edit... I just tried them 'for old times sake' & the bloomin thing is working again! Hope yours also suddenly springs into action!!
