Left behind notification

I have activated this future on two smart tags and have also enabled all notifications in the settings. However, I do not get notifications. I can see it on the list of events but the mobile does not ring when tag 9s left behind. Do you get notifications?

I have Samsung s10+ and two smart tags, I activated notify when left behind but I didn't get any notifications

I was wondering if you already have a fix for this issue?

Which Smart Tags did you use? Was it the Smart Tag+ or the regular ones?

I'm planning to buy them myself, but would be nice if there are no problems with the  notify when left behind option.

So it would be nice if Samsung support can state a response.
