I can't loosen it because I don't have data, Though it always seems to be around a specific time frame . It becomes irritated 😔

Let me explain. If I tighten the strap I get awesome diagnostics but it's painful to wear. If I loosen it the watch becomes more comfortable to wear but then I lose date because it's not "snug" . I don't want to spend money on a new strap incase it screws my skin up too🥹

I have ADHD and Asperger's,I'll try to be patient lol no meds in the UK to facilitate this happening. 😂

As @Piper123 mentioned its not normal.
But, I have experienced same issues with my watch 7 44mm when I first got it, as I couldn't get proper measurements as it was too loose so I tighten it up and it started to read measurements properly, and when I took the watch off I used to get marks or irritation like yours my solution was to change bands and to align properly with my wrist where it's not too loose and not too tight and it seemed to solved the problem.
