is it possible to have ticking seconds hand instead of a sweep motion?

This isn't a major issue but do watch faces support a physical ticking motion instead of a sweep motion?

If I understood you correctly; I say yes some watch faces support/display ticking motion and sound. For instance, default gw8 classic watch face does
