Instagram not appearing under notification apps list

As the title states, I am no longer able to receive notifications for instagram as it does not appear as if the app list for wearables notifications. 

Is this a known issue?

Or are there any steps I can take to fix this?

I have already reinstalled instagram.

I'm having the same issue. Instagram does not appear in the wearable app list.

Hey, my only solution was to uninstall the wearable app and factory reset my watch.
After that everything is back as it was.
