This is extremely backwards and pretty ageist for samsung to assume that people 21 and younger don't need to use these features or at least find them useful. It's a HEALTH app for goodness sake.

I believe that  the clinical testing of the app only involved  participants aged 22 and over. "The ECG feature is not intended for users under 22 years of age or with known arrhythmias, other than atrial fibrillation"  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/measure-your-ecg-with-the-galaxy-watch-series/
